BWS Spirit Shop FAQ:

• When will I receive my order? 
  Orders are fulfilled on a pre-order basis with a rolling schedule (every 2 weeks).
  

  • Orders: April 7 – 20 → Delivery week of April 29th

  • Orders: April 21 – May 4 → Delivery week of May 13

  • Orders: May 5 – 18 → Delivery week of May 27

  • Orders: May 19 – June 1 → Delivery week of June 10
    
    

• How can I get my order? 
  All orders will be shipped directly to the address of your choice.
  
  

• Can I return or exchange an item? 
  All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges.
  
  

• How do I know what size or color to order? 
  All options are on the product page—please double-check before ordering.
  
  

• Where do proceeds go? 
  Every purchase supports BWS programs and experiences.
  
  

• Can I place multiple orders at once? 
  Yes! Add all items to your cart; they will be processed together.
  
  

• How do I know my order went through? 
  You’ll get a Shopify confirmation email. Check spam if you don’t see it.
  
  

• Can I edit my order after placing it? 
  Unfortunately, no edits are possible once an order is submitted.
  
  

• Can I order for someone else as a gift? 
  Absolutely! Enter the recipient’s address and select delivery or pickup.
