BWS Spirit Shop FAQ:

• When will I receive my order? (SPIRIT COLLECTION)
  Orders are fulfilled on a 1-month Pre-Order basis and delivered the following month.
  

  • Orders: September 3 – 30 → Delivery by Mid-October

  • Orders: October 1 - 31 → Delivery by Mid-November

  • Orders: November 1 - 30 → Delivery by Mid-December

  • Orders: December 1 –  31 → Delivery by Mid-January 2027
    
    

• When will I receive my order? (MOVEMENT UNIFORMS)
  Orders are fulfilled the FIRST-WEEK ONLY of every month and delivered later that same month. Example below:
  

  • • Orders: September 3 – 11 → Delivery by Late September.

    • Orders: October 1 – 9 → Delivery by Late October.
      
      

• How can I get my order? 
  All orders will be shipped directly to the address of your choice.
  
  

• Can I return or exchange an item? 
  All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges.
  
  

• How do I know what size or color to order? 
  All options are on the product page—please double-check before ordering.
  
  

• Where do proceeds go? 
  Every purchase supports BWS programs and experiences.
  
  

• Can I place multiple orders at once? 
  Yes! Add all items to your cart; they will be processed together.
  
  

• How do I know my order went through? 
  You’ll get a Shopify confirmation email. Check spam if you don’t see it.
  
  

• Can I edit my order after placing it? 
  Unfortunately, no edits are possible once an order is submitted.
  
  

• Can I order for someone else as a gift? 
  Absolutely! Enter the recipient’s address and select delivery or pickup.
